Description

Pedro Isztin's photographic work discovers and uncovers moments of sacred natural beauty with diversity, sensitivity, and depth. In one of his most recent projects (2004-11), titled The River, (featuring scenes from the Ottawa (Outaouais) River, between Ottawa, Aylmer, and Hull), Isztin scours the forests and shorelines of his youth to photograph the ancient, mystic, and silent ways of a natural and fragile ecosystem.
